4. You need a plan when saving web site files because you need to organize them so you can find them rigtht away and its not a hassel trying to find what you need.
5. Its useful to use different fonts and sizes for text headings because if they were all the same size it would be sort of hard to read it and you wouldnt really be able to tell where the reading actually starts.
