1. Text- words, letters,numbers, and other symbols
Graphics- include drawings, charts, diagram, charts, diagrams, paintings, etc
multimedia- integration of elements such as graphics, text
audio- live or recorded sound
video- live or recorded moving images
animation- this refers to the movement of text or graphics
hyperlink- this allows you to move from one webpage to another

2. The basic element of the web page is the text document this contains words, letters, #'s and many other unique characters

3. In order to use a web browser to navigate around a web site you have to:
-open the web browser
-select the file menue, open the file you would like to open
- in the open dialog box, you must click the browse button, navigate to and open the Datafiles folder. Open examples folder, then select the file you would like to navigate and click the open button. then the files and folders for the website appear in the dialog box.
